库珀（瑞茜·威瑟斯彭 Reese Witherspoon 饰）是一名拥有着超强正义感的火爆女警，在上司的安排下，她接受了一个艰巨的任务，那就是护送一位名为丹尼艾拉（索菲娅·维加拉 Sofia Vergara 饰）的金发美女前往达拉斯，在那里，安妮艾拉将会成为指证毒枭的重要证人。
