魏二驴、吴德顺两兄弟，出生在80年代的农村，赶上了电视、广播外来文化的滋养，特别是港台文化的冲击，使得两兄弟小小的年纪内心深处埋下大志他们经历过同龄80后经历过的校园生活，懵懂的爱情，集市小霸王，波波头、喇叭裤，这些都曾在他们身上标榜过。初中还没毕业，魏二驴就满怀着憧憬去大北京闯荡，留下兄弟吴德顺留守村里，魏二驴走后，吴德顺也无心上学，缀学来到花花吹事班学习吹唢呐，花花吹事班曾在70年代经历过鼎盛时期，新文化流入村里，西洋文化对花花吹事班冲击很大，竞争激烈，最为代表的是以京巴创立的金喇叭乐队最为对立，中西文化正式拉开没有硝烟的大锯战......
