东哲是一个工作踏实仔细的平凡上班族，因为炒股失败，他到了他平生最惨淡的时候，欠高利贷公司的利息和本金都成了泡影，他要在每月同一天的下午四点半赶去还债，眼看着下一个还债的日子一天天逼近，他面临着被放高利贷的人讨债的危机。走投无路的东哲认识了跟他同病相怜的满浩，两个人谋划一桩绑架案来筹钱还债，糊里糊涂地开始了第一次草率的绑架行动，他们自己安慰着自己，这只是暂时借用一个人家的孩子罢了。然而他们给被绑架孩子家打了108次电话也没人接听，更别提勒索钱财了，出师不利的第一次行动就此宣告失败。更倒霉的是，第二天孩子生病了，两人只好把孩子送到医院后跑掉了。有了上一次的经验，两人重新计划了一起绑架案，他们绑架了一个有钱人家的女学生泰熙，而泰熙实际上是一个在学校谁都管不住的不良少年，经常在学校与家中搞恶作剧，并自己导演着一场绑架案企图向老爸要钱，面对这样一个人质，东哲和...
