善良正直的女孩钱小菲（颖儿饰），在失业几个月后，没钱续交房租，被房东硬安排一位高价租房子的帅哥雷郑宇（郭品超饰）跟她一起合租，无奈开始了合住生活。由于两个人性格习惯不合，闹了好多笑话。小菲通过努力终于找到了一份不错的工作，在国际美容机构魅力公司当副总经理（骆达华饰）助理，而副总正是同学莎莎（刘羽琦饰），此人深爱美容，自己也托美容之福身材脸蛋变得堪称完美，让雷郑宇弟弟雷小志（周觅饰）疯狂着迷。这家美容公司有很多名人都是会员，让小菲充满了期待，公司首席研发教授陈教授（黄子腾饰）正在对客户推广一种新研制的抗衰美容针。小菲在整理档案过程中发现了问题，用量过大会产生副作用，并告诉了朋友莎莎，可莎莎并没有因为小菲告知而感谢她，反而将她支开去做其他事情，幕后黑手是娘娘腔的曹经理？还是陈教授？难道莎莎也参与其中？小菲没有头绪，直到莎莎的脸上也出现了副作用反应……
