某无良富商的女儿柳（Phintusuda Tunphairao 饰）遭仇家绑架，对方索要一千万泰铢，否则将危及女孩的安全。富商找到业已归隐的大师（Suthep Po-ngam 饰），一番威逼利诱之后，大师只得派出自己的得意门生昆·克拉比（Supakorn Kitsuwon 饰）前往匪徒藏身的某大厦营救。夜幕降临，克拉比抵达目的地，却不知道此行比想象中还要危险。在此之前，第四代非典病毒蔓延非洲，造成成千上万人死亡，死者更受病毒感染化身丧尸。虽然泰国官方信誓旦旦称本国没有受到感染，但仍不可避免中弹。其中一名受感染的外籍人士恰恰进入了大厦。匪帮、营救者、丧尸，血腥而爆笑的大混战在该建筑内接连展开，一切朝着不可预知的方向发展……
