心童（赵廷恩 饰）从小缺乏母亲的照顾，由父亲天际（林家栋 饰）独自抚养长大。尽管他们表面上是模范父女，但他们之间却缺乏真正的沟通和理解。一天，心童遇到了思哲（原岛大地 饰），一个吃着基因改造食物“超级宝宝”长大的智商超群的少年。然而，“超级宝宝”虽然提升了儿童的智商，却同时导致他们患上燥狂症，思哲也不例外。
故事的另一条线索是“超级宝宝”的总裁克洛伊，她为了利润不惜让基因改造食品带来的潜在风险置之不理，甚至追逐思哲回归。心童和思哲决定潜入“超级宝宝”总部揭露真相，意识到克洛伊的阴谋。他们向天际透露了这一切，天际和心童一起决定揭露真相，以防止更多的儿童受到伤害。在这个过程中，三个人互相支持，思哲逐渐被心童和天际的爱心感动，开始变得更加主动和参与。同时，思哲的存在也促使心童和天际重新审视彼此的关系，打开彼此的心扉，增进了他们之间的理解和亲密度。
