《里长与郡守》剧情简介
儿时一直担任班长的春三(车承元饰)和一直担任副班长的大奎(刘海镇饰)，20年后各自以里长和君守的身份再次相遇。
平和、寂静的忠淸道乡村小镇-江德君山村2里。一天，村里开了团结大会，但是村里的里长突然死亡，于是山村2里不得不要选出新里长。村里最有威望的老人说要选一个年轻人做里长，村里的老青年赵春三以唯一的候选人成为了山村2里的里长。春三根本没想过要做里长，但是他以最快的速度和最小的年龄成为了山村2里里长。
平时与村里的老人一起打牌为乐趣的平凡老青年春三，对突入其来的里长一职有些压力。有一天春三听说儿时的同班同学，也是在他下面听他指挥的副班长卢大奎将出任君守(比里长级别要大很多。)一职，春三感到非常窝火。曾经的班长和副班长，如今的职位却掉了个个儿，班长成为了里长，副班长成为了君守。
掌握山村2里的里长春三和曾被春三压制的君守大奎，俩人再次相遇后开始了无休...
